The use of the Website services, as well as the acquisition of any of the products offered, implies your acceptance as a Client, without reservations of any kind, of all the statements contained in this Privacy Policy and in the General Conditions.

Your registration on the website and the use of its services entails that the personal data you have provided in the Client registration form will become part of files for processing with the purpose, legal basis, transfers, and retention periods detailed below, which you declare to know and accept by clicking the action button on the form.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

Depending on how you interact on our website, advertising landing pages, or lead capture forms, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

WHY DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

The processing of your personal data will be carried out for the following purposes:

For the provision of services subscribed to by the user:

  • The legal basis for the processing of your data comes from the fact that we need to process it to execute the contract signed with us or for the application, at the user’s request, of pre-contractual measures, when registering and enjoying our services or functionalities, in accordance with Article 6.1(b) of the GDPR.

User Support Actions:

Sending commercial information about products and new services of JG fitness:

Subscription on landing page: There are certain processing activities related to our marketing actions for which the legal basis is your consent in accordance with Article 16.1(a) of the GDPR, such as your subscription to our newsletter. It is important that you are fully aware that you may revoke said consent at any time if you so wish, without such revocation affecting communications made previously.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

If you are a JG fitness member:

Your personal data will be kept as long as your user account remains active.  Remember that you can cancel it at any time by request to the email baja@jgfitness.es. Once the membership is cancelled, your personal data will be kept blocked during the period required by tax legislation for the limitation of liabilities in the event that you have made any product acquisition.

If you are not a JG fitness member:

In any other case, your personal data will be kept for a period of 3 months from your decision to cancel, in case any type of liability may arise.

In the event that you have subscribed to our news channel or have left your data to request commercial information, we will process your personal contact data until you decide to unsubscribe, either through the website or through any of the communications you receive.

Once the periods have ended, the data will be deleted from our records.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

For the fulfillment of the expressed purposes, your personal data will be communicated to auxiliary service providers who facilitate management or our legal obligations, such as transport companies, tax and legal advisors, and web hosting companies, among others.

We will also transfer your personal data to Public Bodies or Administrations to which we are obliged by legal requirement and persons interested in procedures related to claims presented.

We will share your data with advertising media such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, and Pinterest in order to activate look-alike campaigns or advertising campaigns.

You can request this by email to baja@jgfitness.es attaching a copy of your ID. When you exercise this right of erasure, we will block your personal data for any type of processing during the retention period indicated above. And once this period has elapsed, we will proceed to their definitive elimination.
  • Right to request the limitation of the processing of your data, which implies that in certain cases you can ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of the data or to keep them beyond the necessary time when you may need it.
